A New Year beginning is a chance to reflect on the last one and make decisions about the future. What went well for you in 2022? Are there things that you want to do differently this year? Maybe there are new challenges you feel you are ready to take on.
This is always a very personal decision to take yourself out of your comfort zone in order to bring about change. Your support worker can make suggestions, but ultimately the decision is yours.
Consider learning a new skill, joining a group, attending a community event, starting up a group, creating a garden, doing some art, going for more walks, taking photographs wherever you go, working on your entry for Blue Fringe, swimming on those sunny days, cooking new foods, exploring new places or returning to old favourites.
