Fresh Start

By now we've all eaten too much of the wrong things, not done enough exercise and possibly the Christmas tree is still up. You're not alone there, although I have taken down the Christmas tree, but not much more than that. It's definitely time to think about what changes are possible in 2022.

Getting outside every day has been shown to have positive effects on mood, energy levels and blood pressure. Nature can be a powerful healer and it's generally free and accessible.

In and around Lithgow there are some beautiful places for walking, reflection, observing nature or taking time to smell the roses.
